To strengthen our Global Marketing team, we are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager (m/f/d) who will take responsibility for our new brands, projects and products.
(Senior) Global Brand Manager (m/f/d) New Brands / ProjectsThese are the tasks for this position:- Development of a mid-term vision, ambition and strategy for our new brands, projects and products, taking into account country-specific market conditions and cultural differences
- Design and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Responsibility for the entire brand experience throughout the product lifecycle
- Conducting analysis of campaign results and consumer insights for continuous improvement
- Management and maintenance of global brand books to ensure a consistent brand presence
- Conducting market and consumer research to derive actionable insights
- Leading the product portfolio and lifecycle management (LCM) to maximize market success
- Planning and monitoring brand budgets to ensure financial efficiency
- Sharing, reusing, and leading the global brand community to promote best practices
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty
- Creating core creative ideas and campaigns to support our brand strategy
- Defining compelling brand stories based on deep consumer insights
- Close collaboration with relevant country colleagues
These are the requirements you should meet:- Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar experience
- Several years of experience in brand management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or herbal sector
- Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting market research
- Creativity combined with a strategic approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic international environment and lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
